March 2015 Photo Contest: Wonderful water

Your creativity behind the camera lens could win you bragging rights! Enter the WWF Photo Contest and your photo and name could be featured in next month’s e-newsletter.
Canada has the world’s largest coastline, bordering the Pacific, Atlantic and Arctic oceans, and has 20% of the world’s freshwater with thousands of lakes, rivers, streams and wetlands.  As the seasons begin to change, March is a great month to capture photos of water in nature. Frozen or thawed, we encourage you to get outside and photograph a lake, stream, or even a puddle. With Canada Water Week from March 16-22, and the celebration of World Water Day on March 22nd, this is a great opportunity to see the amazing bodies of water from coast-to-coast-to-coast.
