Design your own knits: Pan(da)toufles, Part 3
This week we will be sewing our pandatoufles together. Let’s go ahead and start!

National Sweater Day Knitting Challenges: Caroline – Pan(da)toufles (slippers), Part 1
How sustainable is knitting? (And how many ways can you answer that question? Too many to discuss on this blog!). Even if it is a big question, it’s worth asking in the spirit of National Sweater Day. Knitting sweaters, socks, and other cozy garments for ourselves and our loved ones can definitely help lower our thermostats and shrink our ecological footprints, but a more inspired and creative approach to knitting can make an even bigger impact.

National Sweater Day Knitting Challenges: Lucinda – The knitwear first step
Do you think that knitting is too hard or that you don’t have enough time? Don’t worry, I chose an easy project that is free online.

Introducing the bloggers for our National Sweater Day Knitting Challenges
It is with great pleasure that I present to you our two guest bloggers and knitters for the National Sweater Day. Over the next four weeks, they will guide you through the maze of simple knit and entertain you with their own creation. Lucinda Iglesias and Caroline Leamon are both passionate knitters who, I hope, will hook you to their passion. It's a great way to remind people that turning the thermostat down just a little will help the climate a lot.
