Kim is dedicated to bringing the ocean to our nation’s capital. She fell in love with the sea before ever leaving the corn fields of her rural Ontario upbringing, and spent over a decade living and working in coastal and marine environments before coming to Ottawa.  Kim holds a business degree and a masters in resource and environmental management, and she loves to work at the intersection of people, nature, industry, and public policy.
