As Canada waits with bated breath the federal approval or disapproval of the Northern Gateway Project, prominent Canadian scholars have publicly revealed the outcome of their analysis of the report of the Joint Review Panel (JRP), supposedly the basis for this weighty decision.

Any day now, the Federal Government will make its decision on the Northern Gateway Pipeline. There is a strong chance that it will make this decision based on a deeply flawed report delivered by the Joint Review Panel.
